CCE Launches New Digital Badges
Digital badges will soon be available for Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE) credential holders.
CCE is partnering with Credly to offer this complimentary resource. Digital badges will be available if you are an Approved Clinical Supervisor, Board Certified Coach, Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider, Global Career Development Facilitator, or Human Services-Board Certified Practitioner.
“We are here to help those in helping professions who hold our credentials gain credibility,” says Darren Mullahey, ICE-CCP, the Renewal Programs Manager at the National Board for Certified Counselors and Affiliates. “By offering digital badges, our credential holders now have a digital footprint that showcases their acquired skills and experience in a professionally designed platform they may share with everyone.”
This digital version of a credential, together with Credly’s badging platform, provides:
- a web-enabled version of a credential that can be shared online.
- labor market insights that connect skills to jobs.
- a trusted method for real-time credential verification.
Each digital badge is represented by an image that links to verified data describing the qualifications and process required to earn the credential. With these badges, professionals can display their credentials easily and quickly in an ever-expanding online marketplace.
Credential holders commit to specific training, ethical standards, and a commitment to continuing education to maintain their impressive accomplishment. Professionals can add their badges to their email signatures, social media pages, websites, and more.
CCE recognizes the dedication of each credential holder and is devoted to finding new opportunities for credential holders to reach their goals.
