Thinking for a Change Certified Counselor
Thinking for a Change Certified Facilitator (T4C-CF)

About the T4C-CF
Thousands of correctional staff working directly with offender groups have been trained to facilitate the T4C curriculum. In order to promote and recognize T4C group facilitators who demonstrate commitment to the curriculum, the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE), the National Institute of Corrections (NIC) and the authors of the T4C curriculum developed the T4C-CF credentialing process.

Why Obtain the T4C-CF Credential?
The T4C-CF:

  • Indicates the ability to competently facilitate the T4C curriculum.
  • Indicates probity; credential holders must adhere to the T4C-CF Code of Ethics.
  • Demonstrates the credential holder’s commitment to maintaining the integrity of the T4C curriculum.
  • Provides a sense of accomplishment in having mastered the knowledge and skills required for certification.
  • Provides an identity within a larger group of individuals committed to high standards in facilitating the T4C curriculum.

Questions regarding T4C-CF certification should be directed to CCE at 336-482-2856 or via e-mail at cce@cce-global.org.
