Because CCE and its collaborating partners recognize the importance of country-level expertise, each country-specific GCDF certification has its own unique requirements. GCDF-US application requriements are somewhat different for non-instructors and for those who have completed a GCDF approved instructor training program, although a single application covers either type of applicant.
Requirements are listed below.

| | GCDF-US Application Process for Instructors | | | If you are not GCDF certified but you have completed an approved GCDF instructor training course, you can easily apply for the GCDF credential. Simply submit the following:
1. Application form (Page 10-12)
2. $50 fee and payment voucher (page 14)
3. Copy of your Instructor Training Certificate indicating completion of an approved GCDF instructor training course.
If you are already GCDF certified, you do not need to submit an application. Simply fax or mail a copy of your instructor training certificate to CCE. The “Instructor” designation will be noted in your record and CCE will issue a certificate designating Instructor status. You must inform CCE of your “Instructor” designation in order for your trainees’ GCDF applications to be accepted.
Please Note: GCDF instructors are required to either hold the GCDF certification or be on the Instructor Registry of the National Career Development Association (NCDA). Contact NCDA at 866-367-6232 for information about being listed on NCDA’s Instructor Registry.
